What we collect
We collect only the information a person chooses to send us — typically a name, an email address and the substance of an enquiry. This website does not require registration and does not ask for financial, banking or transaction details.
Why we hold it
Information is used to respond to the enquiry, to assess whether a conversation is appropriate for both parties, and to maintain the record required of a professional relationship.
Who sees it
Enquiries are seen by the people at the firm who need to see them. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where a mandate requires the involvement of external advisers or counterparties, information is shared only with the client's knowledge and only to the extent necessary.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as the relationship, or the applicable legal and record-keeping requirements, reasonably require, and is then deleted. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are not retained indefinitely.
Your rights
