The firm
A selective platform for international capital and assets.
Experienced relationships, cross-border access and a disciplined approach to wealth, assets, structured capital solutions and commodities.
Who we are
A firm shaped by what capital actually needs.
Newly established to serve private clients, families and institutions whose interests cross jurisdictions and asset classes.
We do not claim a history we have yet to build, nor a footprint we have yet to establish. What we offer is a clear method: understand the objective first, establish access to the right opportunities and counterparties, then govern the exposure with discipline.
The firm is built around experienced relationships across wealth management, asset management, structured capital solutions and commodity markets. That experience is expressed not in credentials we list, but in the rigour of the questions we ask and the care with which we build each mandate.
Our perspective
An opportunity in one market usually needs a counterparty in another, a legal framework in a third, and a risk boundary that survives the moment of enthusiasm.
We treat jurisdiction, currency, custody and documentation as part of the position from the start, rather than as details to be resolved once a decision has already been taken.
We are strategic rather than transactional. One well-structured position, held to a written thesis and sized against what can be afforded to go wrong, is worth more than a series of hurried decisions.
We are comfortable in sophisticated international capital environments, and selective within them. What we take on is governed by what can be verified and structured properly.
Global network
Relationships, not a map of offices.
We work through a network of counterparties, specialists and advisers convened around specific mandates. Each relationship is reviewed with the same diligence as any investment, because access is only valuable when it is credible.
Our perspective is international by default. We do not orient around a single centre or time zone; we orient around the mandate, wherever the relevant opportunity, capital and expertise happen to be.
- Convened by mandate
- A network is assembled for a specific requirement, not maintained as a directory.
- Reviewed, then used
- Counterparties and advisers are examined before they are introduced to a client.
- Held quietly
- Relationships are not published, named or used as marketing material.
Our principles
What we hold to.
- Objectives before products
- Every mandate begins with what the capital is for. Recommendations are answerable to that purpose, not to a product shelf.
- Written discipline
- Objectives, constraints, risk boundaries and the reasoning behind a position are documented before anything is committed.
- Confidentiality by default
- Client relationships, holdings and transactions are not referenced publicly, in any form. Discretion is structural, not decorative.
- Long-term orientation
- We measure ourselves over cycles. The horizon of the mandate governs the decision, not the calendar quarter.
- International by design
- Currency, jurisdiction, custody and regulation are treated as part of the position from the outset, not as administrative details.
- Aligned incentives
- Fee arrangements and conflicts are set out plainly at the start of a relationship, so that advice can be assessed on its merits.
How we work
A single sequence, applied to every mandate.
- 01
Understand the brief
We begin with the objective, the horizon, the liquidity genuinely required and what would count as failure. Only then do we look at opportunities.
- 02
Establish the framework
Strategy, risk boundaries, reporting expectations and fee terms are documented before capital is committed.
- 03
Source and structure
We identify where opportunity is credible, establish access to the right counterparties and structure the position so that it survives scrutiny.
- 04
Govern and report
Positions are reviewed against the written thesis. Reporting is clear, regular and unvarnished, regardless of market conditions.
Enquiries
Start a conversation, in confidence.
An initial enquiry is a private conversation, without obligation on either side. Where a requirement sits outside our remit, we will say so.
